Our Journey
Toggle was established in 2020 to bring together two separate business entities as part of an overall brand and business review process during the COVID Pandemic. The new company reflects a history of development and delivery of vocational qualifications in the waste and environment sectors, along with environmental compliance consulting, dating back to 2002. It also now includes a new area of activity – child learning – which has only recently become a focus of business activity but one which has a long time in the planning and development phase.
The Toggle brand will have two clear activity area identities – Toggle Learning and Toggle Consulting.
Toggle Learning
Provide both adult and child learning services which will include the development and delivery of vocational qualifications; as an approved Chartered Institution of Waste Management Centre (CIWM), the delivery of the waste management qualifications in the CIWM (WAMITAB) competence framework; development and delivery of bespoke training and awareness programmes and development of child learning packages for pre-school; primary and secondary level pupils.
Toggle Learning

Toggle Consulting
Provide consulting services in the areas of waste and environmental compliance; waste auditing; environmental auditing; environmental impact assessment and ISO Management System – management system development and auditing for ISO9001; ISO14001 & ISO45001. Toggle Consulting will offer services both nationally and internationally and its staff have a wealth of experience both nationally and internationally in the environment sector having worked on overseas projects in Albania; Afghanistan; Bosnia; Croatia; Iceland; India; Ireland; Jamaica; Kosovo; Maldives; Montenegro; Mozambique; Serbia; South Africa and Turkiye.
